His leadership roles at Outpatient Physician Services of Cleveland, Inc., (OPSIC), Outpatient Physician Services of America, Inc. (OPSIA), and Continental Health Care marked significant contributions to the field, especially in organ and bone marrow transplant services.

Strategica Health Partners: In 2002, Opalich founded Strategica Health Partners in Cleveland, Ohio, a consultancy firm specializing in healthcare services and pharmaceutical solutions. His tenure at Strategica was marked by strategic growth and development, serving large-scale clients across the healthcare industry.

InfinityRx: Serving as CEO from January 2021 to April 2022, he led InfinityRx, a company assisting pharmaceutical manufacturers with a range of services from pre-launch to ongoing research.
